Cosy Budget Hotel for the Backpacker close to the famous Albert Cuyp Market.
Budget, Backpackers, Tourists
This is the first review written about this hotelJune 15 2007: I've stayed at the Bed and Coffee twice when visiting Amsterdam while backpacking in Europe. Really good combination of things. Why?

 1. Clean private rooms for 50-60 euros. This way you avoid the hostel scene (not that nice in Amsterdam) and the rooms are very cheap for Amsterdam!

2. Free Internet and Coffee.

3. Funky rooms, bright colours, black light in the bathroom.

4. Great location. The B&C sits in De Pijp neighbourhood. One of Amsterdams trendiest neighbourhoods. It's nice to stay outside of the Centrum, as there is much more to see in Amsterdam.  It is also close by the Albert Cuyp Market, where you can sample the Dutch snacks such as Herring with pickles and onions, syrup waffels, and fries with mayo!
