I grew up in South Florida, so I love the beach and any tropical island. I enjoy traveling and I've been to Alaska, Greek Islands, Thailand, South America and all over Europe.
June 14 2007: Ok, so like most guys...I love Swingers and firmly believe that Vegas rocks. While I have stayed at a handful of hotels on the strip, I was pleasantly surprised last year when I ended up in the new tower at Caesars.
I have to admit, this was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed at...anywhere, period, for less than $200. I was blown away. There was marble from wall to wall and if you enjoy Roman artwork, you'll feel right at home. While the pool area may not be a party scene, it was more than adequate for some much needed time in the sun.
Vegas baby! Vegas!

March 30 2008: The beds were comfortable and the upper floor rooms were quiet in the palace towers. The showers offered hot strong waterflow with different settings.
The hotel is going thru some major noisy construction around the pool area and if the wind picks up it can be dusty. Noted some issues with lack of cleaning around the vents and dirty linen. Average stay, looking to try something else.

June 15 2007: My visit didn't start off well. My taxi dropped me two blocks from the entrance and then I got lost in the mall section of the hotel. There were maps everywhere, but they only told what stores were nearby. They said nothing about how to get to the front desk. Being a guy, I didn't ask and continued to get more frustrated. I finally checked in and while waiting in line was served complimentary ice cold water that definitely helped to quench my thirst and cool my temper. I made it to my room only to find an extremely small, but nicely furnished layout. The bathroom was very nice, but I wished there had been a little more space in the bedroom. Later that night I dined in one of the many on site restaurants and was very pleased with the cuisine. However it was a little expensive and for some reason it was a little empty. The casino is a quite a scene and their are several bars and clubs that are a definite stop if you're into that, and when in Las Vegas who isn't. The staff was very helpful and turn my messy room into an immaculate space prior to my arrival at the end of the day.
