July 25 2007: We arrived in Key West on June 18, 2005 with no luggage. While checking into the hotel they added everyone in our party to the reservation, so that when the luggage arrived they would be able to place it into the right rooms. They gave us a cookie and sent us to the tiki bar outside of the lobby with the advise to call the airline directly concerning our luggage. We did this from the bar and recieved clothing allowances. The bartender gave us the address of a clothing shop and sent us on our way in a cab. Later that night our luggage was brought to our rooms, which were very nice, though the balcony was rather small. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The hotel also has a shuttle that runs all day until about 10 pm that is free to hotel guests. It drops you off at two locations near Duval Street, which is the Key West epicenter of activity. They also have a free shuttle to the airport.
