This is the first review written about this hotelJune 10 2007: Having to go to london for work occasionally, it's a really nice place to go back to in the evening to chill out.  Entering the Hoxton, you are surrounded by amazing modern furniture and a stylish interior. They have a different work of art/sculpture on display every time i visit.

The hotel has its own restaurant called the Hoxton Grille, which serves delicious food - the lamb i had on my last stay was melt-in-your-mouth good.

The staff are all young and energetic, and really helpful - none of this stuck up formal attitude that you get in the city sometimes. And then the rooms - they are plush and very comfortable, designed by someone with very good taste. And the plasma tv is good too, with free internet.

My room cost me £80 per night, but i think you can get them a lot cheaper if you book in advance.  An all round thumbs up! It is ten minutes walk from Old Street tube station.
