December 3 2007: We had a great time at the Savoy, well-situated at the far end of South Beach. Modern lobby with very good service that accommodated a large group of friends in town for a lively weekend. Definitely recommend it and the price was reasonable. Two pools were clean and both days there were good groups of people relaxing and socializing by the pool and going back and forth to the beach.

The Art Deco district is located seven blocks away. Hotel Features. The Savoy Hotel consists of two 1930s Art Deco structures. The bright lobby features chic Art Deco style furniture and a mural that depicts the hotel's Miami Beach history. Located on site, Ola on Ocean prepares Nuevo Latino cuisine such as signature ceviches and tapas. The poolside bar serves snacks and beverages from midmorning until early evening. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. The Savoy Hotel offers 1,400 square feet of function space. This property provides private access to the beach, and a landscaped pool area houses two freeform pools with ocean views. A small, complimentary fitness center is tucked beneath one of the pool's sundecks.
Guestrooms. The Savoy Hotel offers 65 non smoking guestrooms and suites with contemporary or tropical style décor. Rooms afford ocean, pool or city views. Beds are draped in all white bedding and tropical weight down comforters. Room amenities include minibars, in room safes and coffeemakers. Marble bathrooms contain beach towels. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Suites include sitting areas, and select accommodations offer balconies and kitchenettes. Small pets are permitted.
