Their website makes it look like an upscale hotel, but it was basically a VERY average hotel with low-end room accessories, poor customer service and lots of kids and families running around. I was there for business meetings and was annoyed with the daily charge in order to use internet, the gym - and I even had a charge when a collegue FedEx'd a letter to me at the hotel. (They did remove the delivery charge when I complained.) Upon check in, they did not have my LowesFirst number recorded, despite calling two days earlier and adding the number onto my reservation. The number supposedly gives you warm cookies and cold milk when you arrive, but that obviously wasn't there for me. I ordered room service breakfast twice, and both times they overlooked something on my order (but they did go back and fix it). So overall - the room was average, they didn't pay attention to details, and they charge you for everything extra. Thirsty in your room? That's $7 for a small bottle of water. Don't waste your time staying here.

Dining options include buffet style breakfasts at Islands Dining Room, tropical drinks poolside at Bula Bar & Grille and Polynesian fusion cuisine at Emeril's Tchoup Chop. Guestrooms. Guestrooms feature pool or city views, and boast colorful linens, bamboo accents and hand carved relief's from indigenous island woods. Club Level guestrooms offer additional amenities such as continental breakfasts, afternoon cocktails and unlimited use of the fitness center. King Suites and Hospitality Suites include separate living areas with sofa beds, conference tables and service pantries with refrigerators. Expert Tip. Enjoy a musical journey through the islands at the Royal Pacific Resort's weekly Wantilan Luau. The luau takes place on Saturday evenings year round, plus Tuesday and Friday nights seasonally from mid May through Labor Day. The luau features fire dancers, hula dancers and knife twirlers. Reservations are required.
