January 28 2008: You can't miss the Loews Le Concord as you come into Quebec City. A modern, rather impressive building, it can be seen from most spots across the city. It's also only a moments walk from the old part of Quebec. We stayed on the 14th floor of the hotel which meant we had breath-taking views across the city - it was worth staying there just for that. The room was cosy yet spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent.
The only negative was that our room was an ajoining room which meant on some nights we could hear the guests in the room next door - but it wasn't a big deal but perhaps request one that isn't ajoining.
The hotel has a basic gym but in the summer, opens up it's outdoor pool. Too cold when we stayed!
Overal definitely recommend and would stay here again next time I visited Quebec.
