June 25 2008: Nice. Typical all inclusive-very pleasent atmosphere. Close to beach and large pool. Food was not great, but staff were great. Kids have a wonderful time.
Definitely recommend getting the upgraded rooms...well worth the money for the free water sports, location, free massage etc.

Location. The Ocean Blue Golf & Beach Resort is located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Punta Cana is in the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republic and offers white sand beaches. Punta Cana's Manati Park offers swimming with dolphins and shows featuring horses, parrots and sea lions. Hotel Features. The Ocean Blue Golf & Beach Resort includes two buffet style restaurants, La Tortuga and Arenal Beach Restaurant & Snack Bar. Seven a la carte restaurants are provided serving American, Mexican, Italian and Caribbean cuisine. Two of the restaurants are on the beach. Ten bars are available including a swim up bar. Bicycle rentals are available. Aerobics classes and two pools are offered at this Punta Cana hotel. A playground, billiards and a game room are available. The hotel offers a teens club, a kids club and babysitting services.
Guestrooms. Guestrooms at the Ocean Blue Golf & Beach Resort are equipped with in room safes. Balconies and separate living areas with sofa beds are included. Cable television is provided. Coffeemakers and mini fridges are included in this Dominican Republic hotel's guestrooms. Room service is available 24 hours a day. The marble bathrooms feature makeup mirrors.
