August 10 2007: The Petit Palace Opera Garden on Ramblas is a great hotel. I really like the hotel and the location can not be beat. I stayed their will attending a conference and it was extremely convenient as it is right next to the metro which give you access to all of Barcelona. Also it is right on Ramblas giving you great access to restaurants, bars and shops. The only problem is that it does not have a gym but i ran on Las Ramblas every morning which was great. They also have WIFI and Internet access as well. Also make sure you request a room on the top floor as it can be little loud on the street at night. All and all a great hotel and worth the stay.

The Petit Palace Ópera Garden is situated in Barcelona's most well-known tourist and commercial area; next to the famous Ramblas. In the vicinity of the hotel, the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the famous Mercat de la Boqueria are to be found, and just a few minutes away the Puerto Olímpico. Thanks to its central location, the hotel is perfectly accessible by underground and bus from any part of the city. The Petit Palace Ópera Garden occupies an old building which has been completely renovated. Indoors, you will find a garden and a patio. Among features, guests will find a bar, restaurant, comfortable accommodation, an Internet Point, three meeting rooms, as well as all sorts of tourist information.
