This is the first review written about this hotelNovember 14 2007: I stayed in this hotel during a shoe convention, and I don't mean LVMH. I was given the handicapped room, which is fine but the shower consisted of a curtain suspended from the ceiling which ended two feet above the floor. There was no tub or basin, but a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. (My ankles were drafty). I had an inner-courtyard-facing room with not only a view of HVACs but the drone of them all night long. It felt like I was inside of a nuclear cooling tower. The location of the  Westin is good, although The Hard Rock Cafe is on the same street (bad sign). Clearly I got a bum room, but basically the whole hotel seemed mediocre.

Date of stay: September 2007
Purpose of stay: Business
