March 18 2008: This was a nice hotel in a good lively neighborhood with lots of food and entertainment options, located right near the Bastille and the Bastille Opera. Easy access to the rest of paris via a metro station right across the street. The staff was friendly, most spoke English for tourists, the Hotel was very clean. A nice breakfast was available every morning for several hours so it was there for your early risers, and your late sleepers. There is an elevator.
My only complaint was that the rooms were not very well lit. They had many small lamps but no overhead light.
