Modern comfort in small town Stratford

March 2 2008: We were looking for some comfort and quiet rest after some hectic London driving and a few hours on the M, and the Holiday Inn did not disappoint. The hotel is just outside the city center, and therefore within walking distance of a number of great theaters, shops, and restaurants. Price-wise, this was on the high end of average. The hotel includes a pool, an in-hotel bar and restaurant, and a good continental breakfast. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms are well-sized, include a TV, a desk, comfortable chairs, and wireless internet (something along the lines of 9 pounds per day, if memory serves).
The best part about this hotel, though, are the beds. These were by far the most comfortable beds we found during our trip to the UK.
