Hotel Europa

July 25 2007: I had an interview at the JRC and I didn't find anything suitable to stay. It took ages to find this summer-tourist hotel, literally two steps far from the Lake Maggiore, with amazing views and an affordable price.

Rooms were below I expected, clean and a bit old-fashion. The toilet was fine, not that big (w/shower). The tv was out of order; AC and heat didn't work properly either. But who cares? It was worth the view!

Breakfast was a buffet, didn't like bread or cheese but there were season fruit and yogurt and even cereals, and for me, that's enough!

Only one person in reception speaks english, and they are not very friendly or quick answering emails. When you reserve, try to say you have something to deal with the JRC and maybe you'll have a better rate!
