November 24 2007: In my opinion, this hotel is the best in Singapore. The customer service is exceptional, and the gym and pool are fantastic. Its a pleasure to walk around, and there are a number of restaurants nearby. You can quickly get to the CBD or to Orchard Road by taxi. Every room seems to have a tremendous view, and the bathtubs have a hexagonal window, with a stunning view as well. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, though I didn't eat another meal at the restaurant. Certainly an expensive hotel, but the overall quality, service and experience make it worthwhile.
