June 22 2007: This hotel is not actually in Beverly Hills but it is very close. About five minutes walk to the shopping district and ten minutes to the Rodeo Drive area.The suites are on the small side for a Residence Inn. They have managed to add a kitchenette to a normal size room.
Some of the rooms face across a narrow courtyard and look directly at other rooms. Rooms on the higher floors facing east have views of downtown L.A. and the Hollywood sign.
The breakfast area gets very crowded in the morning. You may run into post-op plastic surgery patients who seem to favor this hotel.
Valet parking is convenient and quick.
This hotel is a good bet for those who want the reliability of a Marriott in an area that is close to Beverly Hills.
