On-site amenities include tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, putting green, BBQs, shops and an activity desk. A cleaning fee will be charged on stays less than 4 nights. Please be advised that Sugar Beach Resort is currently undergoing renovation. - Phase 1 exterior renovation continues on the Plantation building. It includes repairing the concrete on the vertical walls and lanais, scraping and removing old paint, sealing and painting the walls, walkways, and lanai, which also includes chipping with jackhammers. Please be forwarned of the noise and dust this may cause. - Phase 2 of renovation is scheduled to begin on Jun. 30, 2008. It will include replacing the roof and the entire AC system of each building. While the work is being done on the Oceanfront towers, they will be shutdown. The Gardenview towers will remain oper and availble for rental, however there will be no AC in this building while the work is being done on the Oceanfront tower.
