Location -- Super convenient to the highway, as it's right off I-405. Other than that though, there's not much going on around it. It's a short enough drive to downtown Bellevue and surrounding suburbs, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're here to visit Seattle ... fighting traffic on 520 or 90 just isn't worth it for the savings.
Rooms -- I have to caveat this by saying that I was upgraded to a HUGE suite -- with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, large living room, dining room and wet bar. Everything was perfectly clean and well kept, but despite the size of the room, it felt a little dated ... like it hadn't been remodeled in 15 years. Nothing is falling apart, but it would have been nice if it were a bit more contemporary.
Amenities -- I didn't have a chance to check out much of the hotel. There was a decent bar in the lobby, a car rental desk in the hotel, and parking was free. Executive lounge was a bit on the smaller side and nothing spectacular.
Overall, I wouldn't object to staying here again -- but only if I had business on the eastside and I'd do it to rack up my Hilton points. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the place, but it could be updated a bit. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet spot on the Eastside, it's not a bad option.
