Complimentary shuttle service around the city and apples at the front desk are a nice to have when on business. Please remember this is a good location if you are okay with city walking and all you may see as with any major downtown.
One needs to be aware that around midnight to 2 AM, the Amtrak trains blasts their horns. If you need your sleep at this time, make sure you ask for an inside court yard room.
A great place if you are going to a game or a convention. Over all it is a nice place to stay, more so if you are a fan or an athlete. I could see it becoming even better as other business and redevelopment projects are completed.
