I'll take any excuse to be near the water - even better if it's warm. When I travel, I love to be outside, preferably with a beautiful, luxe hotel room to look forward to returning to. Other loves: epic thunderstorms and a particular 2.5 mile stretch of beach in the Caribbean

I love to travel, preferably without a backpack. A perfect day of travel includes museums, exploring new places on foot and ending the day with a nice place to stay.

I am a mother of two gainfully employed children and one Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I love being out of doors and enjoy going to out of the way places. But I also need brain food, so I enjoy what new cities have to offer.
