Traveling is my favorite hobby. I love to discover the hard to reach corners of the world. While I am comfortable sleeping in a tent, I prefer to stay in boutique hotels, bed and breakfasts and other unique properties.

Luxury maven, but I value simplicity as well. I especially love a great hotel, whether a grand dame in the city or a welcoming inn in the country. The avatar isn't far off--I've stopped packing my tux on the cruises I like to take, but I do like to wear a bow tie now and then.
