Hey Adam...just saw this today. Basically, your screwed. 12 vs. 12, 12 vs. 13, 13 vs. 12 are all a coin flip. I would usually stay, but I've lost the GNP of a small Asian nation playing this strategy. But DO NOT hit 13 vs. 13. It's a good rule of thumb to look for double down opportunites when the dealer is holding a 3,4,5,6. If your facing one of those up cards always double with a 9, 10, or 11 total. But you can also double in that situation with Ace/2 thru 6. The way to get the best edge against the house is by taking advantage of good double down situation. Hope this helps.
